On Monday, Representative Greg Meeks, along with three other top Democrats, introduced a resolution in the House seeking to reclaim Congressional authority over the use of force in the Middle East. The Supreme Court’s Planned Parenthood Decision Isn’t Just Bad for Health Care—It’s Bad Law
Headlines around Thursday’s Supreme Court decision in Medina v. Planned Parenthood have understandably focused on how bad it is for Planned Parenthood. It is: in a case triggered by South Carolina’s move not to cover Planned Parenthood as a provider under Medicaid, backed by the Court, the decision is likely to embolden states’ efforts to defund Planned…

How much debt are we willing to take on? Rep. Adam Smith and Jen on the GOP's lack of fiscal responsibility
Congressman Adam Smith joins Jen to discus the proposed increase to the debt ceiling by $5 trillion in the Big, Brutish Bill, the lack of professionalism at the Department of Defense, and the need to protect the integrity of those serving in the military.
Thank you for all your work publishing the Contrarian. My past writing to Contrarian, my hair was on fire. My deepest fear is happening. We are being out maneuvered in the Supreme Court. I said we need actions not words. We need overwhelming court filings that make Trump's life unbearable and drive the justice department into full retreat. Waves of court filings. Waves of protests. The heat must be an inferno against Trump now. There is not much time left to wring our hands and say OH GEE! What action are you going to take? Tell me.
