There would be no need for unions if the majority of business owners saw their workers as human beings and gave them fair wages and good working conditions. But it seems most wealthy business owners, especially in large companies, have to be forced to treat their employees like human beings and not chattel. Best of luck with your litigation Mr. Becker and thank you for the important work you're doing!

Glad to hear more about the litigation hopefully helping the labor unions against the negative actions of the Trump administration. Appreciate Craig's interview with Jen to help us understand these goings-on.

Thank you Jen, for having Craig Becker on to explain how this administration is attacking and silencing our institution both public and private. The speed and viciousness is worrisome. The impact of the daily barrage of threat impacts my ability to keep up. I appreciate that he ended by saying that litigation sends the message that we can resist what is unlawful. The term ā€œcivil societyā€ is so important to support and protect.
