Glad to hear some positive news along with all the depressing. Why isn't Congress doing its job to stop Trump and others as needed? "Out to lunch" doesn't do it in such abuse of our country's laws. Thank you.

Perfect summation. That's why it's not enough to address/rebut just one of those 3 issues. They all have to be addressed. I think the most difficult needle to move is the culture war. I believe that is the issue that propelled enough citizens to vote in this administration. And that leads me to the conclusion that a progressive-left Democratic platform will NOT be the answer for any upcoming election. It has to be center, center, center.
