We here in Gettysburg, PA are taking the fight local. We have a demo on Lincoln Square, the center of our town, every Saturday from noon to 1:00. Depending on the weather and other things, we have from 200 to 500 locals show up with their signs and determination. Many of the older folks are demonstrating for the first time in their lives. The battle of Gettysburg did not win the war, but it was a turning point that eventually led to victory. We all hope our demonstrations will be the turning point we need to save our democracy.

It’s sort of like if you have a poor diet and aren’t eating well it affects your overall health in the long term the more you become malnourished.
