I’ll never , ever understand why workers elected Donald Trump. It is mind boggling and I’m not at all sure workers can fight this one. “Elect a rapist and expect to get screwed.”
Literally the backbone of America 🇺🇸 I remember my childhood days when coming through Birmingham Alabama and the steel mills were operating at full capacity. The odor and pollution were unforgettable but for some it was the smell of money. I wish the USW great success.
I found it odd the night TACO made the deal announcement, that the steelworkers standing behind him and applauding, were not a true depiction of a mill’s populace. That group was missing employees of color. Most likely TACO supporters who were totally oblivious to the true picture of the deal with Nippon.
Mr. Trump’s political base throughout the country needs to wise up about who actually represents their personal and political interests. Did I hear anyone say Democrats???
What would be truly amazing is if ALL of the unions around the country demanded single payer healthcare, not only would we get it, but it would take healthcare off the table for bargaining.
This is pure fiction. USW opposed the deal with Nippon when it was obvious that it was the only way to save the company, then obtained a 50% tariff from when the merger happened
Another example of the "president" harming our own citizens and businesses. He has absolutely no feeling for the American people, other than contempt.
That is it in a nutshell. He’s killing people here and around the world to further enrich himself. And still his fan club cheers. Such brave folks 🙃

Nice, but steelworkers supported Trump in the 2024 election. Want your votes back?
The union endorsed Harris, but some Pennsylvania workers supported Trump.
deal with trump=deal with devil

trump's a rat
Better build your war chest David. There’s no honor among these thieves. You’ll be on strike for a long time or you’ll be eating crow.
