Terrific interview. Success of the Contrarian is dependent upon attracting reporters of Jen Rubin’s quality. Attracting beginners, amateurs, or odd balls will doom it to failure.

Great interview - very helpful to understand the current agreement and what it potentially looks like in the future from all aspects. It's a complicated situation with a lot of moving parts. As much as I hate the idea that if this is successful trump is going to take all the credit, we really need this bloodshed to end and for GAZA to be rebuilt.

Even if Trump takes credit, because we are certain by now he is a constant and egotistical liar, we who see him for what he is will not believe him.

Excellent, Jen. You know who to interview on this issue and you let them talk without interruption. Much better than others in the media!

Dennis Ross was the perfect guy to interview about this subject. After listening to him, I feel like I understand the players and the issues and why there's room for optimism and what could go wrong. Thanks.

Thank you...a thoughtful, informative interview. Jennifer Rubin has walked me through a stream of difficult issues in the past and I'm thrilled she will continue doing that. I'm also looking forward to seeing what her new colleagues will be contributing in the future.

I'm stunned that you have an independent outlet, and you choose to do exactly what the mainstream media is doing and only give voice to someone who is pro-Israel. This is actually infuriating as I had high hopes for this outlet. Where are the Palestinian voices? Where is the condemnation for Israel killing your fellow journalists and all of their war crimes?

Yes. A very good interview.

Yes. Thank you!!

I was sad to leave the Washington Post only bc of you. A thought can your posts also be in reading format?

Every situation has two sides! All coins have two sides. Hamas has supporters too. Good journalism in my opinion goes after both sides! Unfortunately, we have decided that we need to destroy Hamas…….yet that ideology will continue to live! Can we show a listening ear to this ideology that will continue to survive? I believe it’s most important to seek it out if we want peace in the future….

Ms. Rubin’s move away from WaPo is the best move she could have made to persuade Americans to listen.

I just want to say how much I appreciate these short-form interviews. I don't have the time for long videos and I much prefer reading, but these are short enough that I can slip them into the day, and they're so much more revealing, on a personal level, than print can be.

Loving these interviews, Jen. This Contrarian is going to be enlightening, even more so than your work with the Post.

Another awesome interview. Please keep them coming.

On October 7, the Israeli’s were enjoying a music festival on a warm beautiful day. They were happy until all hell broke loose. On the very same day, nice warm and sunny, I too was getting ready to attend an annual music festival just a few miles away from my home. After seeing the horrifying terror images on television, all I could do was say a prayer for the victims and their families and hope for the safety of these wonderful resilient people and then feel a bit of guilt that I am unable to do anything about it separated by time and distance.

This was a blatant attack on their freedom and democracy. Democracy and freedom are under attack. We have already lived through 9-11 in the U.S. so we should be reminded every single day that freedom is not free. When it comes down to it it’s all about freedom and democracy.

Thanks for creating something new and refreshing that is so vitally important and needed in this day and age that we must all learn to navigate in.
