This sad but so true! How can we be going down this road in 2025? And the Christians who are supposed to be God fearing not understand that Jesus said "Love each other as thyself" What is wrong with us as a society?

I know very well that there are Christians who don't despise the poor and mistreated, don't worship the very rich, don't ache to blow away their perceived enemies with an assault rifle, and even pay their taxes. Martin Luther King was one, and I personally know of others; but I would like to hear a lot more from them and less from MAGA. Despite what one might draw form history, hate is not a Christian value.

More correctly use "Christian Nationalist" or "hateful persons."

"Musk’s statements on the topic started Tuesday when he responded to an X user who speculated that IQ scores of United Airlines pilots who went to historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) were lower than the average of IQ of Air Force pilots. Musk replied to that post with his own attack on programs that promote diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

'It will take an airplane crashing and killing hundreds of people for them to change this crazy policy of DIE,' Musk wrote, misspelling the DEI acronym. "

I recall a resigning American diplomat applying words attributed to Caligula to W's Iraq War casus belli: "Let them hate so long as they fear". It would seem to embody the philosophy of the of the current Trump/Musk regime.

Wait a minute ....... Is MSNBC eliminating the Saturday show at noon with Katy Phang because of DEI? This is wrong as it is #1 on my list of shows to record on Saturday. Lots of shows just regurgitate what happened during the day, (Ari Melber); some shows bring new information and should stay -- Katy Phang, Rachel, Jen, Chris Hayes, Lawrence, and Stephanie.
