A question: It took my oven several minutes to get from 175 to 400. Is it ok to take the bread out of the oven after the 15 minute rise, and then get it back in once 400 hits? Merci.

FYI - you will be producing large dinner rolls. If you were expecting sandwich bread you will be disappointed. However, they are good rolls!
