Very happy to see you, Ann. I quit the Wapo about the same time you did, so it's nice to see your POV again.

I’m glad you joined! I love your humor and drawings a lot! When you quit WAPO I canceled my subscription and then moved to the Contrarian when it started.

With you being here it’s easier for me to follow you too ❤️ I can’t afford too many subscriptions. With 💗 from 🇨🇦

:-) Biggest smile I will get today is seeing the return of Ann, and her always insightful editorial cartoons. I too quit WaPo with the departure of Ann and Jennifer Rubin. So happy both are back in the same location.

THANK YOU BOTH

Please Ann, re-draw that fat Colorado portrait of him he hates so much because it shows him with jowls. Show the other portrait that’s sitting in an attic somewhere, whose location is known only to members of the Houthi Small Group PC.

During Guilty Donnie's first term, the Colorado presidential portrait gallery's spot for him remained empty for a long time because no one would donate money to pay for a painting. A wag noticed that, and installed a portrait of Vladimir Putin, and it stayed up for three months.

Bring back the Putin portrait!

I agree that the portrait he dislikes is not accurate, although as he ages he is resembling it more. The artist said she thinks it makes him look "thoughtful", which is something of a distortion ...

I also left WP (but no one missed me like they did you). Thank you for your courageous stand. It's good to see your insightful work again.

Welcome, Ann! You are such a gifted and brilliant editorial cartoonist and artist. Every time I see one of your cartoons I am so inspired. I wish I had just a fraction of your skill at drawing caricatures and arranging, as you do, a visual masterpiece that hits the bullseye of the shitshow du jour; I think I could vent some of my anger that way. (I quit the WaPo too.)

Welcome, Ann! I left WaPo after Bezos refused to allow Kamala's endorsement and was hoping that you'd land here; you're the best!

Ann is the best editorial cartoonist working in America today. She is brilliant, brave, extraordinarily talented, and ethical. She draws better than anybody else. Somehow, she can distill complicated issues into powerful simplicity. Simply the best!

Anytime T or his nasty Cronies say ANYTHING, a big sign or hologram or perhaps sky-writing or very loud voice should burst forth quoting the slimey advice he got from Roy Cohn......

SO grateful that the brilliantly insightful Ann Telnaes is part of the Contrarian community!

Now please - could you poach Alexandra Petri when she gets back from maternity leave? She and Dana Milbank are now about the only reasons why I had second thoughts about cancelling my subscription to the Post.

Would like to see Robin Givhan also leave WAPO and join 'The Good Guys'.

She is a very talented wordsmith who deserves a decent home too.
