In addition, under federal law, drug trafficking by itself, without the attending commission of a homicide, is not a capital offense.

Tom, Susan and Norm’s piece on Senator Schmitt was just phenomenal. Making false accusations against left leaning groups accusing them of political violence shouldn’t be tolerated unless they have concrete proof of or evidence they have committed any political violence against anyone. The majority of evidence of political violence has pointed to right leaning groups/organizations. Politicians that make up such ridiculous charges should be held accountable even if it means they must be censored. This is how lies and propaganda come into being and it must be stomped out immediately on the senate floor.
